Experimental study of magneto-elastic abrasive particles wear based on dual-disk magnetic passivation

摘要: 为了研究磁弹磨粒在双磁盘磁力钝化中的磨损及寿命情况,进行了实验研究。首先,根据磁弹磨粒的理想形状,建立了磁弹磨粒的磨损率及摩擦因数计算数学模型,分析了磁弹磨粒的磨损率和摩擦因数随磁弹磨粒半径、粒数的变化关系;然后,基于磁弹磨粒在双磁盘磁力钝化设备中的钝化机制,确定了不同粒径的磁弹磨粒对刀具刃口钝化时磨粒磨损的实验方案;最后,通过实验过程中刀具刃口表面粗糙度的变化值、磁弹磨粒的扫描电子显微镜(Scanning Electron Microscope,SEM)微观形貌和元素占比来研究磁弹磨粒的使用寿命。

Abstract: To examine the wear and lifespan of magneto-elastic abrasive particles during the magnetic passivation of a dual-disk system,an experimental study was carried out.Initially,a mathematical model was formulated based on the ideal shape of the magneto-elastic abrasive particles to calculate both the wear rate and the friction factor. Additionally,the relationship between the wear rate,friction factor,and the radius and quantity of the magneto-elastic abrasive particles was explored. Following this,an experimental scheme was designed to assess the impact of various particle sizes on the wear of the cutting edge of a tool,considering the passivation mechanism of magneto-elastic wear within the dual-disk magnetic passivation system. Lastly,the service life of the magneto-elastic abrasive particles was evaluated through an analysis of changes in the surface roughness of the cutting edge of a tool,along with Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) imaging and the elemental composition of the abrasive particles.
