摘要: 针对传统传送带式物流分拣系统占地面积大、部署方式固定及单机Delta机器人工作空间受限的问题,设计了一种基于移动平台与Delta机器人的大范围物流分拣系统。该系统采用龙门式二维移动平台与Delta机器人协同控制结构,构建“视觉定位-运动控制-末端执行”的闭环架构,并提出了两阶段视觉定位方法,结合五次多项式轨迹规划和在线误差修正,实现对目标物体的识别、定位、抓取与放置一体化。实验结果表明,该系统远距离目标识别准确率95 %以上,近距离目标定位误差优于±0.5 mm,移动平台与Delta机器人均具备毫米级定位能力,可稳定完成多目标连续分拣任务。该方案可为柔性化、低成本物流分拣装备的设计提供参考。

Abstract: To address the large footprint,fixed deployment,and limited workspace of a single Delta robot in conventional conveyor-based logistics sorting systems,a large-scale sorting system based on a mobile platform and a Delta robot is proposed. The system integrates a gantry-type two-dimensional mobile mechanism with a Delta parallel robot,and establishes a closed-loop framework of vision processing,motion control,and end-effector execution. A two-stage visual localization method,combined with quintic polynomial trajectory planning and online error correction,is adopted to realize integrated target recognition,localization,grasping,and placement. Experimental results show that the long-range detection accuracy exceeds 95 %,the short-range localization error is better than ±0.5 mm,and both the mobile platform and the Delta robot achieve millimeter-level positioning performance,enabling stable continuous sorting of multiple targets. This work provides a reference for flexible and low-cost logistics sorting equipment design.
