A study on the CUSUM control chart in steering lamp of motorcycle parts

Abstract: The Shewhart control chart,which is based on the 3σ principle is often used in the detection of motorcycle flasher flicker frequency,but the classic Shewhart control chart is not sensitive to small drift in the frequency.Small drift when it happens,will leads to the result that the adjustment of the frequency of flasher flicker is not in time.Control the changes of the frequency of the flasher flicker by using CUSUM control chart as a result,it can timely detect the flasher flicker frequency of small drift,improve the efficiency of control chart,ensure product quality and reduce the product cost.
