Design of phosphating liquid temperature system based on WinCC

Abstract: Phosphating is an important process in automobile coatings,phosphating solution temperature on the formation of a good car paint,play a crucial role.The system consisted of WinCC monitor,water-tank and PLC.The system has realized the measurement of PT100,temperature of solution temperature of solution of PID constant control,heating rod working duty cycle adjustment.This system not only greatly improves the automation level in the actual production line and realizes the remote control but also realizes the simulation teaching.This system has its own economy value,and it can save the teaching cost,it’s a typical combination of practical application and teaching case.
