Multi-objective dimension optimization of access port of pneumatic refuse collection system based on response surface analysis

Abstract: The dimension of access port of pneumatic refuse collection system was optimized based on response surface analysis.Through the optimization,the weight of access port deduced by 32.2%.And the analysis process shows that there is deviation between the results of multi-objective optimization based on response surface analysis and actual ones.The results should be checked with ones from usual computation method.The relationship between optimization dimension and optimization objective obtained through response surface analysis should be taken into consideration to get the final optimized dimension based on the multi-objective optimization results.In the end,the topology optimization method was used to checked the dimension optimization results,which shows the dimension optimization had reached the optimum results.
