Research of power coupling mechanism for wave and wind energy complementary generation platform

Abstract: To address the problems of low energy usage ratio and poor continuity for the traditional power generation platform,based on the introduction of wave and wind energy complementary generation system,a new type of power coupling mechanism using differential planetary gears as the core components was designed in order to implement the comprehensive utilization of wind-wave energy and solve the problem of the wind-wave energy coupling.The coupled movement characteristics was simulated by Matlab software,the actual performance of coupling mechanism was verified through the physical prototype test.
