A suppliers selection optimization approach oriented to manufacturing enterprises

Abstract: To solve the component supplier selection problem of manufacturing enterprises,a selection optimization approach is proposed.Firstly the evaluation index is divided into quality factor,supply performance factor,economic factor,cooperation factor and environmental effect factor.Secondly a fuzzy-rough method is constructed by using trapezoidal fuzzy number to represent the expert score and using rough number and rough boundary interval to calculate the index value of suppliers.Then entropy method is used to achieve the adaptive weighting of evaluation index,and the improved TOPSIS replaced Euclidean distance by Kullback-Leibler divergence is finally used to sort the weighted index values of suppliers lastly.An enterprise application example is given to illustrate the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method.
