Optimization of expanding manufacturing process of aircraft landing gear

Abstract: Analyzed the material properties of 0Cr18Ni9 expanding of aircraft landing gear,use ELITE Plus 8/51M CNC lathes,YX32-250T hydraulic machine,heat treatment furnace for try making products,and tensile test was conducted by CMT6503 computer-controlled electronic universal testing machine,to seek optimal manufacturing process of expanding of aircraft landing gear.According to the test results,improved product design defects,determined the solution treatment,formulated the optimal production process of 0Cr18Ni9 expanding.The experimental results show that the process measures effective,and the passing rate of 100 % after the trial expander stretching verification.
