Design of AGV battery replacement and charging system

Abstract: The battery replacement and charging device of AGV is introduced, including a horizontal rolling mechanism, a vertical lifting mechanism, a hook claw mechanism, a guide rail, a bracket, five charging stations, a buffer station and the detecting system.The electrical system contains SIEMENS PLC, communication module, input module, output module, SEW servo motor, SEW servo cylinder, sensor and other components.The results show that the system is stable, high efficiency, which can replace the battery for one AGV in 2 minutes.The device, which can greatly enhance the production efficiency and reduce the intensity of operators, has broad practical value and market prospect.
