The influences of the cutting speed on the three-component cutting forces, cutting temperature, surface roughness, machined surface morphology, tipping morphology of the cutting tool and chip form in low, medium and high speeds dry hard turning of the high hardness, strength and wear resistance hardened steel Cr12MoV(60±1HRC) by utilizing the PCBN inserts were experimentally investigated.The experiments were carried under the feed of 0.15 mm/r, depth of cut of 0.25 mm, and cutting speeds of 50, 250, 450, 650, 850 m/min.The results showed that the radial force is higher than the main cutting force, and the feed force is lowest, that the highest temperatures in the cutting zone vary from 142 to 288 ℃, and that the sudden change of the radial force does occur at the cutting speeds of 250 and 650 m/min.The surface roughness linearly decreases with the increase of the cutting speed, and the machined surface quality is the best at the cutting speed of 850 m/min.The tipping of the PCBN tool easily happens in the case of a 850 m/min cutting speed.The chip forms are the continuous chip, incompact helix chip, granulated chip, filamentary chip and continuous chip with increments of the cutting speed.

With the purpose of improving the production efficiency of Flexible Manufacturing System(FMS), quite a few manufacturing enterprises adopted the Automated Storage and Retrieval System(ASRS) in the flexible production line to meet the manufacturing requirements.But most of the enterprises almost took First In First Out(FIFO) principle or proximity principle to manage the ASRS.When facing urgent production task, these enterprises cannot take full advantage of flexible production line’s properties to balance the task, then leading to the low running efficiency of the ASRS’s stocker.Aiming at some specially constructed ASRS, this paper applied a Variable Neighborhood Search Greedy Algorithms(VNSGA) to optimize the stocker’s route and to improve the running efficiency.Via C Sharp software simulation, the simulation manifested the feasibility of this VNSGA, realized the optimization of the stocker’s route in the ASRS.

According to the preliminary design of the automatic plastering machine, the asymmetrical truss of traverse guideway needs to be lightweight and to reduce the deflection, torsional deformation and other issues.Using the combination of the professional steel finite element software Midas/Civil and two-factor non-repetitive experiment, deflection, torsional deformation and strength of asymmetric truss under static and constant load.Through the combination of different types of square steel pipe validation, get the automatic plastering machine supporting the truss structure.At last, the validity of the method is proved through experiments, and the truss’s flexural and torsional properties are improved while the weight of the truss is reduced.Professional steel analysis software to facilitate the use of the designer’s operation, improve work efficiency, automatic plastering machine truss design has an important reference value.

The nonlinear ultrasonic wave rule is studied.The relationships of second or third order relative nonlinear ultrasonic coefficients versus fundamental and harmonic amplitudes are determined.The nonlinear spring model of micro-crack is set up.The relationships of Second Order Relative Nonlinear Ultrasonic Coefficients (SORNC) versus dimensions of micro-cracks are determined.The SORNC increase with the length of micro-crack and the SORNC decrease with the width of micro-crack.The data predicted by the model is consisted with the experimental data.The Third Order Relative Nonlinear Ultrasonic Coefficients (TORNC) increase with the length of micro-crack and the TORNC decrease with the width of micro-crack.

As the important component of mining transport and port machinery, the fatigue failure is the key problem influence on the life of ring chain. According to the fatigue damage of circular chain under the impact load and cyclic load, the Workbench simulation software had been used to analyze the damage characteristics of ring chain under no-load start, card chain and normal operating conditions, and analyzed the fatigue life by the principle of linear cumulative damage. The research shows that the chains have different contact position under different loading condition, and when the cyclic loading the shoulders of ring chain have the maximum fatigue damage and the shortest life. The conclusion provides reference for improving life and optimizing structure of chains.

It is widely accepted that the poor simulation accuracy of the roof crush is failed to guide the new car exploitation and to deal with the problems in satisfying the modified regulation.Focused on the simulation accuracy of roof crush and optimization, firstly, it was proposed to concern the rupture failure of the windshield to precisely simulate the deformation mode of the roof under crush.Then, the effect of loading velocity on the accuracy of the simulation has been studied, meanwhile, the proper speed was decided according to the minimum modal frequency, which resulted in an excellent progress in the efficiency of the simulation.Finally, the structure of the main bearing components was optimized by the way of load transfer path, with consideration of materials choice and materials distribution of the main components, the modified scheme satisfied the requirements of the latest regulation with a minor weight increase of 3.16 kg.

In order to enhance the minority carrier lifetime of green energy polycrystalline silicon, according to the production process of the influence factors of MCI, six Sigma was introduced;quality improvement scheme was put forward and then implement by DMAIC analysis process.Finally got satisfied results:MCI increased from 3.69μs to 4.16μs.what`s more, process capacity indicates enhanced from 0.66 to 1.09, The empirical research show that six Sigma method which was successful improved the minority carrier lifetime of silicon material, but also the expect goal was achieved and significantly economic benefits were produced.

Taking the car air conditioning switch base sample by 3D printed as object, to make samples using 3D printing technology.The feasibility of the 3D printing sample in the trial-manufacture of auto parts new products is discussed.The difference of technological process between the 3D printing and injection molding Off Tooling Samples(OTS)samples is comparative analyzed, the characteristics of the model free manufacturing for 3D printing sample are reflected.Referring to relevant national and industry standards of QC/T 15—1992 “general test method for automotive plastics products”, etc.Combining material strength theory, the mechanical properties and heat resistance of the 3D printing samples have been verified by experiment.Analyzing the experiment results, the difference of properties in tensile, bending, impact finding was found between 3D printing samples and OTS samples as well as normal ABS plastic.The results show that, the 3D printing samples still have a certain gap in tensile, bending, impact compared with the OTS sample.Finally, 3D printing samples for appearance effect evaluation, process validation, size and function verification in the new product development process are proposed.

The model data of forming process are expressed by STL model, and the hierarchical algorithm is the main way to obtain the data.According to the existing equipment of welding cylindrical coordinate, proposed a hierarchical algorithm to simplify the model on the basis of summarizing the current mainstream hierarchical algorithm.Delete and sort the triangular mesh and then build a relationship between them step by step.Finally, a completely valid intersection sequence is selected.This algorithm reduces the memory resource consumption and improves the efficiency.It is proved that the algorithm is stable and feasible through software simulation and multi layered test.

When the wild material transportation and the mountainous area free walk, need to plan the walking route in the mountainous area, proposes the improved ant colony algorithm to solve the problem.In order to meet the obstacle avoidance constraints, the slope of the obstacle avoidance rules reasonably increase the diversity of the path;according to the distance between the current node to the target and the starting point, a new heuristic function is designed to drive the robot to move along the shortest path between the starting point and the target point.The volatile coefficient is adjusted dynamically with the length of real time path, to refine the search space and improve the convergence performance.The improved ant colony algorithm is compared with the original algorithm, the experiment shows that the improved ant colony algorithm is better than the basic ant colony algorithm.

In order to improve the quality and efficiency of tire disassembly and assembly, a vehicle tire nut fast disassembly and assembly mechanism is designed, the mechanism can realize functions of single-input and multiple-output power source, torque adjustment, overload protection and PCD value changing, so it fulfills requirements of wheel rims with different PCD value as well as vehicles with different tightening torque, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of auto repair workers and improves the quality and efficiency of tire nut assembly.

With the implementation of new regulation(GB14167—2013), the requirement of seat belt anchorage experiment is difficult to satisfy, meanwhile, the increase of the weight is usually inevitable.In order to pass the new regulation, aims to improve the accuracy of the simulation to guide the optimization design.The influences of modeling method of retractor as well as the integration type and distribution of the element on the simulation accuracy have been studied, a more reliable simulation model for the strength of the x-commercial vehicle seat belt anchorage is set up, modeling of seat belt anchorage strength.Through the optimizing of elements type and distribution in the traditional model, the simulation accuracy has been improved significantly with consideration to the efficiency of calculation.Finally, the structure optimization of the weak parts has been carried out to meet the requirements of national regulation, the simulation results are in good agreement with the experiment.

A car engine hood is selected as the research objective, which uses carbon fiber and glass fiber hybrid composites to replace metal materials, then takes multi-phase optimization method based on Optistruct technology.In the stage of conceptual design, obtain the overall distribution of composite materials by free size optimization;in the system design stage, to obtain the accurate thickness of composite each angles by size optimization;in the detailed design stage, through the stacking sequence optimization of optimal stacking sequence of manufacturing process requirements.Optimization results show that the mass of car engine hood is 13.39 kg, the mass of car engine hood is reduced by 60 % to 5.36 kg with meeting the design requirements after multi-phase optimization.

Taking the characteristic of work hardening of the material for high manganese steel as an object of research, it probed into the hardening mechanism and methods of improving property of high manganese steel.By analyzing the chemical component of high manganese steel and the effect of each element on steel, it shows that the contents of Manganese (Mn) and Carbon (C) elements and the rate of Mn/C have important roles on the plasticity, toughness and work-hardening ability of high manganese steel.The high manganese steel has high strength and toughness when the content of Mn is 10 %~14 %, appearing high effect of deformation hardening.The abrasive resistance is high when contents of C is 0.9 %~1.4 %, and the rate of Mn/C is 10 or so.Deformation-hardening mechanism was researched by analyzing the geometric model of crystals shear-slippage on the surface.Results show that the energy of strong plastic deformation could make the surface structure transform from austenite into martensite phase, which improves the hardness and abrasion performance.Negative effects of big crystals and carbide structure on steel can be improved by proper controlling processes of smelting and heat treatment.

With drill collar CNC pipe thread lathe as the research object, through the use of Pro/E software to establish three dimensional solid model of the bed, by using ANSYS software dynamic analysis and the analysis based on the natural frequency and energy distribution of the bed structure, the coefficient of variation is used to judge the uniformity of energy distribution.Combined with the modal analysis, the weak points were found.On the basis of this, analyzes the influence of the opening of the bed on the dynamic performance of the bed, proposes three optimization schemes, and validates the feasibility of the optimization scheme.Through the structural optimization, the dynamic characteristics of the bed are improved and the manufacturing cost is saved.This method has certain reference value for the dynamic optimization design of other similar key parts.

In view of the fact that the current CAM postprocessor cannot handle the user’s personalized needs, the framework based on the SIEMENS NX software platforms was established to classify post-processing events and to extract graphical user interfaces for user requirements and to implement user-defined event handlers in TCL language.Experimental results showed that by interactive post-processing technology the personalized demand such as custom machine movement and selection of technological parameters was realized, the adaptability of the postprocessor for programming operation and the efficiency and quality of programming were improved.

An off-road vehicle model with active suspension system was developed in ADAMS platform.A fuzzy-PID control strategy was designed to limit the vertical and roll acceleration of the vehicle body.Based on the ADAMS and Matlab/Simulink co-simulation analysis, the results show that the active suspension with the fuzzy-PID controller could improved the ride performance of the vehicle, as well as preserve the roll stability.

First, increasing the diversity of rectangular parts by using rectangle splicing, thus, the number of rectangles which can be selected in the remaining rectangle matching algorithm is increased;second, introduces the area matching degree, high edge matching degree, broad edge matching degree as the standard for selecting the rectangle in the evaluation of the remaining rectangular matching algorithm, and the layout scheme whose utilization rate of raw material is highest is calculated by ternary tree structure;finally, the experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can improve the utilization rate of raw materials, solving the problem of different sizes of rectangular layout well.

The performance of CNC machine tool thermal error compensation model is affected directly by the selection of temperature sensor placement.An optimizing method of sensor selected by sequential cluster is proposed, given that the characteristic temperature is transferred in order.Based on experiment data, classification diameters are calculated and their objective function are compared.Then the optimizing classification number and optimizing sensor placement are determined by the calculation of correlation coefficient between thermal error and temperature value.Thermal error prediction model is established with a position error modelling method and the selected points.In comparison with models established by fuzzy cluster and variable grouping, the results show the proposed method can accurately predict and has potential application prospect.

Analyzed the number of pinion and teeth on the influence of flow pulsation.The mathematical model of the dual objective function was established with the minimum flow pulsation and the minimum volume of the gear mechanism, and the model was solved by the genetic algorithm.The results show that the flow pulsation can be reduced with the increase of the number of small gears;the number of ring gear teeth is inversely proportional to the flow pulsation, and the number of pinion gear teeth is proportional to the flow pulsation;the optimization results met the requirements of reducing the flow pulsation and improving the performance, so that the theoretical basis can be provided for the design and manufacture of the multi-teeth parallel internal gear pump.

The battery replacement and charging device of AGV is introduced, including a horizontal rolling mechanism, a vertical lifting mechanism, a hook claw mechanism, a guide rail, a bracket, five charging stations, a buffer station and the detecting system.The electrical system contains SIEMENS PLC, communication module, input module, output module, SEW servo motor, SEW servo cylinder, sensor and other components.The results show that the system is stable, high efficiency, which can replace the battery for one AGV in 2 minutes.The device, which can greatly enhance the production efficiency and reduce the intensity of operators, has broad practical value and market prospect.

In order to solve the ultrasonic frequency and high power transmission problems in rotary ultrasonic vibration machining, the Contactless Power Transmission (CPT) method based on electromagnetic inductive coupling was proposed.The design parameters of contactless loosely coupled transformer were calculated by theoretical analysis.The original boundary impedance matching model with the total load of piezoelectric transducer and contactless loosely coupled transformer was established.The relationship between power frequency, magnetic core spacing and power transmission efficiency was studied by experimental analysis and the trend of temperature variation of magnetic core was tested.The results show that the contactless power transmission system can meet the requirements of rotary ultrasonic vibration machining.

In order to improve the accuracy and instability of the test results of the complicated on-line checking and judging process of safety valve, we studied the operation principle of the on-line checking method and process of safety valve.Proposed a new on-line checking method named “valve displacement method”, and obtain the theoretical formula of “valve displacement method” by calculation and deduction.The experimental results show that the “valve displacement method” is feasible as on-line checking method of the safety valve, and improves the accuracy and stability of the test results while simplifying the on-line checking process.

At present, the main maintenance mode of the component parts of railway contact network in China is manual overhaul under power outage, which both time and labor consuming.With the rapid development of the construction of electrified railway in China, the total mileage of the railway has increased, it is more and more important to improve the repair efficiency of contacting parts.Therefore, analyzed the actual situation of the network maintenance work, and designed an unmanned contact network maintenance vehicle.The vehicle can be equipped with test equipment according to the actual needs of users and achieve automatic positioning parking in the distance from the center of the column of the contact net ±20 mm through the BDS receiver positioning function, then change the position of

coordinate platform automatically and make the equipment reach the predetermined position, and detect the parts of the contact network.The PLC is used as the slave computer in the control system of the vehicle to control the various parts of the maintenance vehicle, through the wire or wireless communication mode.A industrial computer is used as the upper computer in the control system of the vehicle, on the one hand, which realize the function call of the lower computer, on the other hand, which could analyze and process the data from the BDS receiver and testing instruments, which achieve automatic positioning of unmanned vehicle maintenance, so as to realize the automatic detection of the component parts of railway contact network.

The locking mechanism of threaded connection is analyzed and calculation models of the threaded connection tightening torque and loosening torque are established which are modified when applied to prevailing torque fasteners.The calculation reliability of the modified models are testified through experiments.Factors which may have effects on the anti-loosening performance of threaded fasteners including the initial clamping force, friction coefficient, screw length between bolts and nuts and locking methods are studied in this paper.Effects of the above-mentioned factors on the anti-loosening performance are verified through the transverse vibration test.The study results can provide guidance for the reasonable use of fasteners for locking.

The PLC control system of thick plate narrow gap automatic submerged-arc welding machine is introduced , including its framework, functions and principles. The system with S7-200 series PLC as the core, can efficiently achieve the control functions of narrow gap automatic submerged-arc welding machine. It has the advantages of high stability, strong anti-interference ability, friendly interface, and low cost. It has been used in thick plate narrow gap submerged arc welding machine. And good results have been achieved.

With the purpose of reducing costs and improving the properties of the closed-loop speed control system, presents a new dual-loop control strategy based on the thyristor converter.The added active current closed loop on the basis of feedback loop speed control, by frequency, voltage coordinated control to achieve double-loop speed control.Analysis of motor active current characteristics according to the experimental data, obtained by fitting the slip and active current relationship.By bivariate alternating conversion frequency characteristics, in making full use of the motor overload conditions, determine speed program.Simulations with Matlab and experiment results with ARM, are presented to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of alternating conversion frequency dual-loop speed control program.
