Dynamic characteristics analysis of CNC pipe thread lathe based on energy balance

Abstract: With drill collar CNC pipe thread lathe as the research object, through the use of Pro/E software to establish three dimensional solid model of the bed, by using ANSYS software dynamic analysis and the analysis based on the natural frequency and energy distribution of the bed structure, the coefficient of variation is used to judge the uniformity of energy distribution.Combined with the modal analysis, the weak points were found.On the basis of this, analyzes the influence of the opening of the bed on the dynamic performance of the bed, proposes three optimization schemes, and validates the feasibility of the optimization scheme.Through the structural optimization, the dynamic characteristics of the bed are improved and the manufacturing cost is saved.This method has certain reference value for the dynamic optimization design of other similar key parts.
