Research on tractor assembly quality management information system based on MES

Abstract

Abstract: Aim at low efficiency of quality management for tractor assembly process, and quality management information cannot be sharing in real-time and difficult to trace et al, the business process of quality management was optimized based on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).The multi-layer quality data model and the intelligent collection method were mainly studied.The quality management information system was designed.By practical application, the quality management of tractor assembly process was achieved informatization and traceability.This quality management information system enhanced efficiency and accuracy of quality data collection, and greatly improved efficiency of cooperative quality management work, which has great significance to improve product quality.
