Design and implementation of printing device for braille notepaper

Abstract: In view of the current situation that the blind supplies with product information recognition function designed for the blind are scarce,a braille convenient sticker printing device is designed and manufactured.The braille convenient sticker printing device adopts the NC dispensing control system with the gantry mechanical structure and the ultraviolet curing molding technology to realize the rapid generation of the convex braille on the convenient sticker for the blind people to touch and read.Examples show that: the braille convenient sticker printing device has good maneuverability.The user can easily convert and output the standard braille through the chinese-braille translation software provided by the device without the need to learn braille,and it is provided to the blind in the form of a convenient sticker which can be attached to the surface of the target object;and the spot colloidal braille cured by UV has the advantages of waterproof and wear-resisting.
