The optimization design of structure for compacting garbage station based on lightweight

Abstract: The municipal solid waste compacting garbage station is a new type of garbage transfer station of city life.In order to improve the comprehensive mechanical properties and achieve the purpose of lightweight for the box,Three different designs for the arrangement of stiffening rib are provided,which take the arrangement of stiffening rib and the wall thickness as design variables.In the meanwhile the method of finite element analysis based on ABAQUS is adopted to optimize the design.Then the lightweight design can be realized by reducing the weight.The results show that the weight of box reduce by 715.8 kg.
