Abstract: In order to improve the sub-soiling coefficient and decrease the cost,a forced-vibration subsoiler which applied a crank shaft to implement vibration was design. The effect of forced-vibration on reducing traction resistance at different tillage depth and velocity conditions was explored, and the results showed that the traction resistance was reduced by 19.28 % at vibration treatment compared with non-vibration treatment, and the effect of reducing traction resistance was more obvious as the tillage depth increase. These results provided a basis for reducing traction resistance at vibration treatment, optimizing machinery structure and improving the economy of whole machine.
