A new type of double-frequency conversion vibration structure and its vibration characteristics

Abstract: A new type of double-frequency conversion vibration structure is proposed for the loading of high-low frequency vibration in the study of metal material strength.Firstly,the kinetic model of the structure is established,and a detailed kinematics equation is given.Secondly,the three-dimensional model of double-frequency conversion vibration structure is established.The key gearbox components are analyzed and validated by ANSYS software.Its control system is also constructed.Finally,the vibration characteristics of double-frequency conversion vibration structure are studied.The experimental results show that both of the high-frequency and low-frequency vibration can be controlled and it can also provide single-frequency amplitude and double-frequency superposition amplitude.The experimental data of vibration characteristics is in good agreement with the results of the dynamic model,which proves the correctness of the dynamical model.
