Research of human-seat system’s vibration characteristics and the lumped-parameter model

Abstract: Vibration characteristics of human-seat system under the driving condition were researched utilizing vibration comfort experiment.The result showed that in addition to seat vibration,the head vibration and longitudinal vibration of backrest also had great influence to ride comfort.The lumped-parameter human-seat models’ parameters were identified combining the floor-to-seat transmissibility and floortohead transmissibility experiment data of human-seat system,respectively,by using genetic algorithm and matlab program.The reasonability of model parameters were verification by virtue of apparent mass,and each model’s goodness of fit index were analyzed by comparing the transmissibility of the models computed by the identification parameters with the experiment transmissibility.The result indicated that 3 degree-of-free in parallel human-seat system model had higher accuracy than any other models,which was suitable for prediction real vehicle vibration response.
