Design of cigarettes inner package defect detection system based on eddy-current sensor

Abstract: According to the requirements of cigarettes inner package defect detection,eddy-current sensor array is applied to noncontact and nondestructive measurement of inner package defect detection.A high speed solenoid valve with compressed air is used to weed out defect package,which is controlled by programmable controller.It was improved by the experiment result that the system has high accuracy,good reliability and stability,can perfectly meet the needs of actual production.
