Research on digital final assembly process planning based on improved Holzer model

Abstract: Final assembly process of product is the process of components gradually installed,function gradually improved,involving a variety of complex technology integration applications.It has a greater impact on the product development cycle and final quality.Based on the analysis of the main contents of digital assembly process and its characteristics,and by analyzing the implementation problems of digital assembly process planning.Applies the method of system engineering theory to the digital assembly process planning,and improves the classical Holzer model to establish a structure with logic dimension,time dimension,cognitive dimension which is suitable for assembly process.Then a framework of assembly process planning based on the modified Holzer model is built to improve capabilities of assembly process planning analysis and data integration.
