Abstract: The textured surface is a type of the structured surfaces, which has the effect of reducing friction. In order to obtain the regular textured surface of the inner hole, the tool structure of the super-hard abrasive reamer was designed firstly, and then the abrasive grains on the super-hard abrasive reamer were arranged in phyllotactic order, and the reaming simulation was carried out by using Matlab software. The effects of phyllotaxis coefficient and feed speed on the surface mesh morphology and parameters were studied. The simulation results show that the textured surface can be hinged by a one-time tool. The phyllotaxy coefficient affects the plateau support rate of the textured surface. The larger the phyllotaxis coefficient, the higher the plateau support rate of the textured surface. The feed speed affects the regularity, reticulation angle and plateau support rate of the textured surface. The higher the feed speed, the larger the reticulation angle and the higher the plateau support rate.

Key words: phyllotaxy, diamond tool, reaming, textured surface
