Abstract: Aiming to the development status of production management and information level in domestic ship military manufacturing enterprises,analyzed their features of production management and management requirements of actual businesses.Based on research on basic theory of MES,proposed and built the production management platform for ship military manufacturing enterprises based on MES.Finally,introduced some implementation and application effects in a ship military manufacturing enterprise.
