Intelligent quality-data acquisition terminal for discrete manufacturing sites

Abstract: To improve the efficiency and intelligence of data acquisition devices,a solution of portable intelligent data acquisition terminal was given.In hardware design,simultaneous work of devices with various interfaces and visualization of measurement results were considered.In software design,seamless integration with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) was taken into account.A scheme of inspection task oriented micro-manufacturing environment construction and data encapsulation was proposed.The process model for automatic identification,configuration,and misuse proofing of measuring equipment was established.In addition,an automatic recognition method for product quality based on pre-control chart was presented,and the quality data organization strategy was provided.Application results show that the intelligent data acquisition terminal can improve the efficiency of quality data collection,and help user identify the quality problem.
