Abstract

Abstract: Automobile steering device is the very important part in the automobile.Its overall safety and comfort is an important indicator,which can evaluate the vehicle performance is good or no.Steering valve is a core component of Hydraulic Power Steering gear (HPS).A new type of centering and pin pressing fixture is designed for steering valve.This follower fixture can achieve workplace loading,sensitivity midpoint finding punching,pin pressing and re-checking (the force characteristic test) and other processes of a complete for the steering valve.After testing to get good results,the output good of the sensitivity curve and force characteristics.
