A study on design and optimization of automatic production line in digital factory of intelligent electricity meter

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low automation degree,low production efficiency and high failure rate of the traditional production line of the electric meter,a new type of automatic production line is designed based on the digital factory technology.Taking a V5.9 smart meter production line of a company as an example,conduct modeling and simulation analysis and put forward corresponding measures to optimize scheduling,compare before and after optimization of production conditions,verify the effectiveness of the optimization program and the good application prospect of digital factory technology in the field of manufacturing industry.
