Research on decision system of second-selection technology based order acceptance policy and scheduling

Abstract: In a MTO enterprise,the manager always needs to make decision of which order to be selected and accepted from a set of candidate orders for scheduling,in order to solve this problem,a new decision making structure based on the second-selection technology is built,taking into account the factor of order level and Mixed Integer Linear Programming(MILP) model.The candidate orders are chosen and scheduled by using the improved Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to the Ideal Solution(TOPSIS) classifying orders and cooperating with constrains of limited capacity,due date and production sequence etc to maximize the enterprise’s profits.Finally,an example is used and solved to demonstrate the validity of the model.
