Automatic steering system for intelligent vehicle based on dSPACE RCP

Abstract: A self-developed automatic steering system was designed based on dSPACE Rapid Control Prototyping(RCP) technology.Automatic steering function of intelligent vehicle was achieved by modifying traditional mechanical steering structure.Experimental results show that the automatic steering system can track the steering wheel angle what the desired path need.The development cycles of intelligent vehicle can be shorten by using the proposed method,which provides a reference for upgrading a traditional vehicle to an intelligent one.
