Abstract: CZC-1 stacking machine completes automatic stacking of the JSZW3-3、JSZW3-6 and JSZW3-10 transformer’s core.It greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers,improves the production efficiency,reduces production cost,and fills the domestic blank.Automatic lamination machine adopts the entire pneumatic transmission mode controlled PLC.In the process of absorbing piece,two pieces are drew at the same time will occur because of electrostatic attraction etc.The solution is gave according the corresponding phenomenon,and the main components and working process of CZC-1 type lamination machine are introduced.
