The numerical simulation analysis and research of the truck frame performance

Abstract: The finite element model of the frame system is built based on the three dimensional numerical model and the platform of Hyperwork.The static analysis of the frame is carried out to get its stiffness and strength.In order to simulate the actual operation situation of the truck and determine the reliability of the frame structure,the finite element model of the frame is not only aimed at the freedom modal analysis,but also is aimed at the constraint modal analysis.Then,harmonic analysis and transient analysis of the frame need to be undertaken in order to study the dynamic stability of the frame system.Finally,this study provides reference for frame’s optimization of frame structure.
