Increase bright annealed equipment availability by six Sigma method

Abstract: The key factors of bright annealed line equipments such as burners,communication to the furnace and driving system,bridle No.4 and power supply are analysed and controlled by the six Sigma method based on the collected information on internal and external demands.The PID integral value and ratio value of driving system were found out after the DOE experiment.The hardware and software of the key parts are improved,the electrical and mechanical equipments are running stably than before,the accuracy of the equipment is guaranteed,the delay time is reduced,the equipment availability is increased.
