Application of industrial robot in the production line of motor shell

Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of NC machining and the machining precision of the product,it is studied the industrial robot up and down material technology,automatic sorting technology and the combination application of numerical control machine tool processing technology.According to the processing objects,it is designed the robot automatic feeding mechanism and automatic processing of finished code system.It is also analyzed the interface application technology of FANUC robot and CNC machine tools and the communication technology of MITSUBISHI PLC and FANUC robot and CC-LINK bus.By designing the running track of the robot automatically up and down materials and realizing automatic stacking of the finished products through iRVision system,it made the robot and the numerical control processing as a whole and realized automation and unmanned parts processing process.
