机器人关节精密行星齿轮减速器关键生产工艺设计

摘要: 基于机器人关节精密行星齿轮减速器的研发及产业化,优化了精密行星齿轮减速器齿轮加工工艺、行星架加工工艺、内齿圈加工工艺、装配及检测工艺。设计了产业化必需的高速数控干切滚齿机、干切滚刀、内齿圈拉刀、插刀、减速机效率测试台、疲劳寿命测试台等关键加工、检测设备及刀具。新工艺运行稳定,与原工艺相比,其生产效率提高了13.2%,不良品率降低了6.6%。

Abstract: Based on the development and industrialization of the robot joint precision planetary gear decelerator,the manufacture processes of precision planetary gear decelerator are optimized which include gear manufacture process,the planet pinion carriers manufacture process,the inner ring gear processing technology,the assembly and the measurement process.The high-speed CNC dry cut hobbing machine,dry cut hob,the broach and slotting tool of the inner ring gear,decelerator efficiency test instrument,fatigue life measurement instrument and other key processing and measurement equipment and cutting tools are designed in the process of industrialization.The new process has been operating stably,its production efficiency has been increased by 13.2% and the rate of defective products has decreased by 6.6% compare with the old process.
