卷材翻转装置的设计及有限元分析

Design and finite element analysis of the coil turning device

摘要: 针对卷材包装企业提高翻转负载、简化包装打捆生产线,以及与卷材运输车接口适配的实际需求,设计一种卷材翻转装置,具有自动取卷、翻转90°和辊道输送等功能。通过SolidWorks软件建立三维模型,完成卷材翻转装置的机械结构总体设计。采用ABAQUS软件进行网格独立性验证,并分别对4种工位进行应力和应变分析,验证结构的强度和刚度。结果表明,卷材位于待卷工位时为危险工况,改进设计后最大应力、最大变形量分别减少了31.57 %、10.84 %;根据Johnson公式对立腿进行中长柱弹塑性屈曲稳定性分析,安全系数为12.93;试验样机运行平稳,可实现30 t卷材在55 s内由卧式转为立式的90°位姿变化,并运输至下一工位。卷材翻转装置整体强度和刚度均满足设计要求。

Abstract: In view of the actual needs of coil packaging enterprises to improve the turnover load,simplify the packaging and baling production line,and cooperate with the interface of the coil transport vehicle,a coil turning device is designed,which has the functions of automatic roll picking,flipping 90°,and roller conveying. The three-dimensional model is established through SolidWorks software to complete the overall design of the mechanical structure of the coil turning device. ABAQUS software is used to verify the mesh independence,and the stress and strain analysis of four working conditions are performed to verify the strength and stiffness of the structure. The results show that the maximum equivalent stress and maximum deformation are reduced by 31.57 % and 10.84 %,respectively,after the improved design,when the station to be rolled is in dangerous conditions. According to Johnson′s formula,the elastic-plastic buckling stability of the vertical leg is analyzed,and the safety factor is 12.93,and the test prototype ran smoothly,which could realize the 90° attitude change of 30 t coil from horizontal to vertical within 55 s and transport it to the next station. The overall strength and stiffness of the device meet the design requirements.
