基于向量数据库的复杂产品总装齐套向量化模型研究*

摘要: 在跨地域、跨企业的环境下,复杂产品总装齐套问题严重影响总装拉动式生产。在向量数据库技术的支撑下,利用目标向量和实作向量的方法对总装齐套问题进行研究。研究复杂产品总装齐套向量化,构造复杂产品批次、总装、部装和零件等目标向量,并根据批次、总装、部装和零件的隶属关系建立实作向量。实作向量由部装汇聚零件向量、总装汇聚部装向量及批次汇聚总装向量形成。齐套率用于量化复杂产品总装齐套性,由零件传递到部件,最后传递到总装,得到总装齐套率。利用齐套率公式,根据批次、总装、部装和零件向量计算实作向量与目标向量的相似度,判断是否满足装配齐套要求,直观量化反映复杂产品总装过程中零/部件的齐套程度,以及与装配齐套要求的差距。复杂产品总装齐套根据产品的生产进度不断迭代,齐套率快速更新,有效提升总装拉动式生产的数字化水平。

Abstract: In a cross regional and cross enterprise environment,the problem of complete assembly of complex products seriously affects the pull based production of assembly. With the support of vector database technology,the problem of complete assembly was studied using the methods of target vector and implementation vector. The vectorization of complex product assembly was studied, target vectors for complex product batches,assemblies,components,and parts were constructed,and implementation vectors based on the membership relationships of batches,assemblies,components,and parts were established. The implementation vector was formed by aggregating component vectors,aggregating component vectors for final assembly,and aggregating final assembly vectors for batches. The complete assembly rate was used to quantify the overall assembly completeness of complex products,which was transmitted from parts to components and finally to the final assembly to obtain the overall assembly completeness rate. Using the complete set rate formula,the similarity between the implementation vector and the target vector was calculated based on the batch,final assembly,component assembly,and part vector to determine whether the assembly complete set requirements were met. This intuitively quantifies the degree of complete set of components in the complex product final assembly process,as well as the gap with the assembly complete set requirements. The complete assembly of complex products is constantly iterated according to the production progress of the products,and the complete set rate is rapidly updated,effectively improving the digitalization of assembly pull based production.
