Multi-parameter machine vision fusion measurement method and system implementation for aluminum profile extrusion dies

摘要: 铝型材挤压模具采用三坐标测量法存在使用繁琐、测量结果易受环境因素影响等问题,采用2D视觉测量无法检测平面度、高度等特征。提出了一种基于机器视觉的多参数协同测量方法。通过2D视觉实现凹模型腔与凸模型芯的几何尺寸快速提取,结合3D点云技术完成合模面平面度、型腔/型芯深度差等三维参数检测。实现了模板匹配与自动质量判定功能,构建了包含博明SS120传感器(视场200 mm×160 mm)的硬件平台及WinForm封装软件系统。试验采用两种摆放姿态,每种姿态下对凹模连续测量5次,并与实际尺寸进行对比分析得到,宽度与高度相对误差≤1 %;角度绝对误差≤3 °;深度差相对误差≤0.28 %;平面度绝对误差≤0.02 mm;验证了该系统具备良好的测量精度。

Abstract: The use of the three-coordinate measurement method for aluminum profile extrusion dies has problems such as cumbersome use and the measurement results are easily affected by environmental factors,and the flatness,height and other features cannot be detected by 2D visual measurement mothod. A multi-parameter collaborative measurement method based on machine vision was proposed. The geometric dimensions of the concave cavity and convex model core were quickly extracted through 2D vision,and the 3D point cloud technology was combined to complete the three-dimensional parameters detection such as flatness of the clamping surface and cavity/core depth difference. Template matching and automatic quality judgment functions were realized,and a hardware platform including Bomin SS120 sensor (field of view 200 mm×160 mm) and WinForm packaging software system were built. The experiment adopted two placement orientations. For each orientation the concave die was measured five consecutive times and compared with the actual dimensions. The relative errors in width and heigh were ≤1 %, the absolute errors in angle was ≤3°; the relative errors in depth difference was ≤0.28 %; and the flatness absolute error was ≤0.02 mm; confirming that the system has good measurement accuracy.
