高放环境下靶体基座密封面抛光工艺研究

Research on the polishing process of target base seal surface in high radiation environments

摘要: 高放环境下靶体基座密封面表面易产生腐蚀、裂纹与划痕等损伤,影响设备运行。为此,提出一种基于气动打磨的靶体基座密封面远程机械抛光工艺。该工艺在机械手的辅助下,可实现靶体基座两沉孔密封面的远程同步抛光作业。为验证该工艺的有效性,开展了密封面腐蚀层抛光、缺陷深度去除特性测量与评估及抛光后平面度测量与评估试验。试验结果表明,该工艺对于靶体基座密封面腐蚀、表面裂纹与划痕等损伤具备有效修复效果,修复后密封面表面粗糙度Ra≤0.8 μm,平面度δ≤0.02 mm,满足靶体基座安全运行对密封性能的关键要求。

Abstract: In high radiation environments,the seal surface of the target base is susceptible to damage such as corrosion,cracks,and scratches,which can compromise equipment operation. A remote mechanical polishing process for the target base seal surface based on pneumatic grinding was proposed. Assisted by a manipulator, remote synchronous polishing of the seal surfaces of the two counterbores on the target base was accomplished. To validate the process effectiveness,experiments were conducted including corrosion layer polishing,measurement and evaluation of defect depth removal characteristics and post-polishing flatness. The experiments results demonstrate that the proposed process effectively repairs damages like corrosion,surface cracks,and scratches on the seal surface of the target base. After repair,the surface roughness achieves Ra≤0.8 μm and the flatness δ≤0.02 mm,meeting the critical seal performance requirements for the safe operation of the target base.
