Study on cutting parameters optimization model for NC turning process based on carbon benefit

Abstract: In order to reduce the cost of NC turning and carbon emissions in the turning machining process,based on the analysis of the relationship among carbon emissions,cost of NC turning and turning cutting parameters,the carbon source characteristic function and cost estimating function are established.Then taking the machine tool spindle speed,feed and cutting depth as the optimization variables,considering the machine property parameters and processing quality constraints,puts forward the carbon benefit evaluation indicator,and establishes the optimization model of turning parameters based on carbon benefit.The model is demonstrated by using an example part.And genetic algorithm is employed.
