Abstract: The trend of stress forming were explored by several cutting parameters to the PC part during the process of shaping.And several heat treatment technics of eliminating stress to the PC part were researched.The result proved that the revs and steps of reamer were important parameters to the stress forming during the process of shaping.But an appropriate cutting parameters about the revs and steps of reamer would control the stress forming.The heat treatment technic of multi-process heating and descending temperature can avoid stress to the PC part.
