The instability characteristic researched of nano-switch with nonlocal elasticity theory

Abstract: Investigated the instability Characteristic of nano-switch subjected to an electrostatic force due to an applied voltage and intermolecular force in.Both the nonlinear governing equation an boundary conditions with nonlocal effect are devised.A linear load model which is suit for foundry conditions is proposed to approximate with nonlinear intermolecular and electrostatic interactions,the pull-in voltages of nano-switch are obtained.The smallest of gap radio and the longest of length are discussed only with intermolecular force as well.
