Simulation analysis and improvement of the tread deformity during wide-base tire building process   Collect

In order to reveal the mechanism of tire crown rubber abnormality during tire building process,take wide-base TBR tire 435/50R19.5 as the research object,which building process was simulated by numerical simulation.The tire 435/50R19.5 are 5 belts layers,among which the 0° cap plies winding technology was applied in belt3.The simulation including gluing of components on main drum,gluing of components on auxiliary drum,green tire and finalizing in vulcanizer.The reason of the tread rubber flowing abnormally was analyzed.The surface drum building method was developed to solve this problem,and the parameters of surface drum were determined by tire building simulation.The results of trial production show that the surface drum building method is useful in solving the rubber abnormally flow,and improving the manufacturing technology of wide-base tire.

The barbette circle connects the weapon system and the batholith system of infantry combat vehicle which endures the firing load transferred by the barbette and endures the road load transferred by the car-body.The barbette circle with clearance contact characteristic is simulated applying finity element method aiming at the excessive ball bearing and complicated contact in the barbette circle structure.The barbette circle entity model is built up by SolidWorks.The contact characteristic of full load and part load ball bearings with circle structure are calculated and analyzed applying ANSYS finity element method,then the result is compared and the contact coefficient is calculated based on the contact formula.The result shows that the penetrations of full load and part load ball bearing are same and the pressures are germination in the situation of same borderline and origin which indicate the feasibility of part load ball bearing method,and afford basic data for further dynamic simulation.

The problem of dimensioning in variant design was studied.For the unreasonable problems of the relative position between dimensioning and model as well as between dimensioning,the dimension layout rule base,basic unit rule base and basic unit reference model rule base were established.According to relevant rule information of the basic unit rule base and basic unit reference model rule base,a dimensioning adjustment method based on the basic unit was used to solve the unreasonable problems of relative position between dimensioning and model.According to relevant rule information of the dimension layout rule base,the spatial constraint relationship between dimensions before model variant was established;a dimensioning adjustment method based on the constraint was used to solve the unreasonable problems of relative position between dimensioning.Finally,feasibility of the automatic adjustment method of the system dimensioning was verified taking the SolidWorks as the secondary development platform and gearbox output shaft as an example.

Main technologies of tactile sensor that combined with theoretical investigations and reported literatures is summarized, mainly includes piezoresistive robot tactile sensors,optical robot tactile sensors,capacitive robot tactile sensors,inductive tactile sensors,piezoelectric sensors and multi-model tactile sensors.The principle,advantages and disadvantages of a lot of tactile sensors,and the practical application in various fields are summarized.

In view of the shortcomings of the traditional manual operation way of material management and the insufficiency of the existing C/S structure information system,a set of material management information system based on B/S structure has been developed for a certain automobile manufacturer in Guangxi after relevant research and analysis have been done about its material management condition.The technology of ASP.NET,the concept of object-oriented and the UML static modeling mechanism have been applied combined with the enterprise’s basic process of material management to the development of this information system.The application of the system has improved the level of enterprise information management and achieved the goal of material management with high accuracy,efficiency,and economy.

In view of problems of unbalanced disposition on construction resources of universities,uncompleted network experimental platform,and poor platform interconnection as well as integration.The solutions of open virtual experiment teaching platform covering main courses of IE based on the WCF and Flash technology was proposed,and the information and the network of the experiment teaching of IE professional were implemented.Firstly,the designing plan of virtual experimental teaching platform was expounded.Secondly,the architectural and functional structure on distributed style with three layers of experimental platform were described in detail.Finally,the key technology and the realization mechanism of Flash and WCF technologies in system integration were introduced on emphasis.

According to the characteristics of the rear-wheel drive of an extended range plug-in city bus made by a certain bus company in Guizhou province uses the method of combining theoretical analysis and instance simulation for modifying driven module in ADVISOR.It can emulate a rear-wheel drive type in that way.At the same time,the best comfort series braking strategy according to the requirements of comfort and the braking analysis of the prototype is proposed,and a corresponding model is modified.The simulation results show that the best comfort series braking strategy based on the rear-wheel has the comfort in the process of braking,and also have higher efficiency in terms of energy recovery at the same time.

Basing on an analytical of hydraulic drive hybrid power system,a new closed hydraulic drive hybrid power system is proposed.The basic principle of the system and the transfer process of the kinetic energy are introduced,and the mathematical model of the transfer of the kinetic energy during braking is established and the simulation analysis is carried out.The result shows that the braking process is stable,the energy recovery is effective,the design of the system and the calculation of the element parameters are reasonable.The result of the study has reference value to the study of the hybrid technology in the future.

To use surface mounting technology efficiently,and to enhance the efficiency of SMT equipment,proposed a manufacturing execution system based on RFID in SMT workshop to increase productivity and shorten the production cycle,achieving workshop visual and fine control.On the basis of analyzing production processes and business requirements in workshop,the functional model and the system architecture based on RFID are designed.RFID-enabled real-time data acquisition technology and manufacturing process monitoring technology are systematic studied.Finally,an example of an electronic enterprise in Guangzhou illustrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the manufacturing execution system proposed.

Aiming on the charactors of manufacturing resources like widly located,heterogeneous functions,self-management,knowledge evolution and the demands of integration and sharing of manufacturing resources,analyzed the modeling demands and the attributes of manufacturing equipment resources in networked collaborative manufacturing,built a manufacturing resource modeling implementation framework based on Neo4j,researched the key technologies,such as the graph database model of networked collaborative manufacturing equipment with Neo4j based,the semantic description of equipment attributes with Cypher based and the equipment information search method with traversal method based.Finally,an application case is introduced to test this method.
