锯齿结构参数对75Cr1圆锯片动态特性及锯切应力的影响*

Research on the influence of sawtooth structural parameters on the dynamic characteristics and sawing stress of 75Cr1 circular saw blades

摘要: 75Cr1圆锯片广泛应用于木材、铝合金建材等材料的加工,锯齿结构参数对其工作性能有显著影响。为解决圆锯片啸叫噪声过大以及锯齿疲劳寿命较短等问题,运用有限元分析法深入探究了齿数、齿高对75Cr1圆锯片模态振型以及固有频率的影响,并且通过试验验证了圆锯片模型的准确性;提出了优化齿数、齿高以规避圆锯片啸叫的调控机制;最后分析了齿顶角、齿高对锯齿锯切应力的影响。结果表明:齿数和齿高对75Cr1圆锯片模态振型影响相对较小;在固有频率方面,圆锯片的固有频率呈现出随齿数的增加而降低的趋势;当齿高增加时,固有频率在不断降低,尤其在高阶模态下,不同齿高的圆锯片的固有频率差异较为显著;此外,在保持圆锯片每齿切削量不变的前提下,齿顶角增大时,锯齿在受载后应力水平下降;而齿高增加时,锯齿受载后应力水平上升。

Abstract: The 75Cr1 circular saw blade is widely used in processing materials such as wood and aluminum alloy building materials. The structural parameters of saw teeth significantly influence its working performance. To solve problems like excessive squealing noise and short fatigue life of saw teeth,the finite element analysis method was applied to explore the effects of tooth number and height on the mode shapes and natural frequencies of the 75Cr1 circular saw blade. The circular saw blade model′s accuracy was verified through experiments. A regulation mechanism for optimizing tooth number and height to avoid the circular saw blade′s squealing was proposed. Finally,the impacts of tip angle and tooth height on saw teeth sawing stress were analyzed. Results show that tooth number and height have relatively minor effects on mode shapes.In terms of natural frequency,the natural frequency of the circular saw blade exhibits a decreasing trend with increasing tooth number. When the tooth height is increased,the natural frequency continues to decrease,particularly under higher-order modes,where the differences in natural frequency among circular saw blades with different tooth heights become more pronounced.Moreover,with the cutting volume per tooth unchanged,stress decreases as the tip angle widens and increases as the tooth height grows.
