考虑机器预维护的多AGV柔性作业车间生产与物流集成调度*

Integrated scheduling of production and logistics in flexible job shop with multi-AGV considering machine preventive maintenance

摘要: 针对多AGV柔性作业车间生产与物流集成调度问题,考虑机器预维护计划。以最小化最大完工时间为目标建立模型,设计融合多种初始化种群和多种邻域搜索策略的混合文化基因算法进行求解。算法采用工序和机器双层编码方式,在解码中用启发式规则调度AGV。对应基于固定维护周期、基于机器役龄的预维护策略,分别设计两种解码方式。最后,设计两组实验,第一组求解基准算例并将结果与多种算法比较,证明所提算法的有效性;第二组在不同预维护策略下对比所提算法的求解效果,结果表明,使用基于机器役龄预维护策略的调度方案最大完工时间明显更少,且因机器预维护使得生产时间的延长程度更小。综上,所提算法和预维护策略对解决该问题具有良好表现。

Abstract: Aiming at the integrated scheduling problem of production and logistics in flexible job shops with multi-AGVs,the preventive maintenance plans of machines were considered. A mathematical model was established with the objective of minimizing the makespan,and a hybrid memetic algorithm integrating multiple population initialization strategies and various neighborhood search strategies was designed to solve it. The algorithm adopted a two-layer encoding method based on operations and machines,and heuristic rules were used to schedule AGVs during the decoding process. Two decoding methods were designed respectively for the preventive maintenance strategy of first PM then sheduling and age-based preventive maintenance strategy. Finally,two groups of experiments were designed. In the first group,benchmark instances were solved,and the results were compared with those of multiple algorithms to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. In the second group of experiments,the performance of the proposed algorithm was compared under different preventive maintenance strategies. The results show that the scheduling scheme using age-based preventive maintenance strategy significantly reduced the makespan,and the extension of processing time due to machine preventive maintenance is less pronounced when this strategy is employed. In summary,the algorithm and preventive maintenance strategy proposed demonstrate excellent performance in addressing this problem.
