大型薄壁环件在线测量编程及应用

Programming and application of on-line measurement macro program for CNC machining of large thin-walled ring parts

摘要: 针对航空发动机短舱中直径≥1 000 mm、壁厚≤3 mm的大型薄壁环件低刚度、易变形以及传统离线检测存在的装夹变形、效率低下和精度不足的问题,探究了基于雷尼绍(Renishaw)测头与数控车床集成的在线检测技术。通过规划环件检测几何要素与测头动作路径,优化标定方案,编制融合防撞逻辑与误差反馈的宏程序,实现加工-测量-验证一体化。以Φ1 437 mm钛合金薄壁环件为对象开展实验验证,结果表明,优化后测头标定重复性误差≤0.002 mm,在线测量值与三坐标真值间偏差≤0.03 mm,较传统游标卡尺测量误差缩小50 %,检测精度提升1倍;单件测量时间从2~3 min缩短至20~30 s,节省50 %人工成本,可有效规避装夹变形风险。该工艺拓展了数控机床检测功能,可为同类大型薄壁件的高效高精度质量控制提供实操方案,满足航空制造领域的精密生产需求。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of poor rigidity and easy deformation of large thin-walled ring parts (diameter ≥1 000 mm,wall thickness ≤3 mm) in aero-engine nacelles,as well as clamping deformation,low efficiency and insufficient accuracy in traditional offline detection,an on-line detection technology integrated with Renishaw probe and CNC lathe was explored. By planning the detection geometric elements of the ring part and the movement path of the probe,optimizing the calibration scheme,and compiling a macro program integrating anti-collision logic and error feedback,the integration of machining-measurement-verification was realized. Experimental verification was carried out with a Φ1 437 mm titanium alloy thin-walled ring part as the object. The results showed that the repeatability error of the optimized probe calibration was ≤0.002 mm,the deviation between the on-line measurement value and the true value of the coordinate measuring machine was ≤0.03 mm. Compared with the traditional vernier caliper,the measurement error was reduced by 50 %,and the detection accuracy was doubled; the measurement time per part was shortened from 2~3 min to 20~30 s,saving 50 % of labor cost and effectively avoiding the risk of clamping deformation. This process expanded the detection function of CNC machine tools,provided a practical scheme for the efficient and high-precision quality control of similar large thin-walled parts,and met the precision production needs of the aviation manufacturing field.
