Abstract: In injection molding processing,conformal cooling channels can effectively reduce the mold temperature,improve the quality of products.Multi segment curved holes constitute the conformal cooling channel.Based on the principle of Electrochemical Machining (ECM),presenting self-guided curved hole processing method.Researching the processing principle and curvature control principle of the curved hole,designing curved hole machining device,developing the CNC system based on Contex M3 ARM microcontroller,achieving real-time control for self-guided curved hole ECM and human-computer interaction.
