Research on the digital guidance model of aeroplane assembly

Abstract

Abstract: According to the Assembly Guidance Medium(AGM) is mostly formed by words,facing information islands and data gap,meanwhile,new aeroplane demands for validity and accuracy of AGM.After analyzed the function and architecture of AGM,presented the concept,built the framework of digital AGM.Based on 3DExperience(3DE),proposed the collectivity architecture to design digital AGM,designed the standard procedure of digital AGM for new areoplane assembly.This digital AGM is tested in the process planning and assembly guiding of a new areoplane,proved good effect.
