Static analysis of rolling-sliding bearing based on ABAQUS

Abstract: Rolling-sliding bearing is a new type of bearing which is composes of inner ring,outer ring,cylindrical roller and slider,it have both the advantages of rolling bearing and rolling-sliding bearing.Due to the effect of slider,the bearing capacity is increased,and the lubricating oil film between slider and inner ring and outer ring can play the role of reducing vibration,therefore,rolling-sliding bearing can effectively improve the loading capacity,reduce abrasion and prolong the service life.Simulation of multi-body contact static mechanics of cylindrical roller bearing and rolling-sliding bearing base on ABAQUS software, and comparison show that rolling-sliding bearing can effectively reduce the“edge stress”of the parts in the static force,and can bear a larger load.
