The analysis of the synthetical stiffness on the servo direct drive electric screw press

Abstract: The synthetical stiffness of the electric screw press is one of the important factors affecting the efficiency of the forming process.In order to explore the effective ways to improve the synthetical stiffness of the process efficiency,analyzed the structural stiffness of the various electric screw press,clarified the mechanism that direct drive electric screw press have high stiffness.A static force model was created by finite element development tools.Analyzed the synthetical stiffness of two kinds direct drive electric screw press,indicated that the synthetical stiffness of direct electric screw press driven by single disc servo motor is higher than other models.The conclusion has guiding significance for the development of electric screw press.
