繁忙时段无人充电车多层停车场动态调度研究*

摘要: 为了提升繁忙时段无人充电车在多层停车场为客户提供充电服务的水平,提出了一种基于时间轴的跨楼层动态调度模型。首先,将多层停车场作为研究背景,以无人充电车调度总成本最小化为优化目标,综合考虑客户需求、跨楼层调度和电量管理等多个方面的约束条件,构建无人充电车的跨楼层动态调度模型。其次,采用改进的关键点更新策略对时间轴进行切分,从而将动态调度问题的求解转化为多个静态调度问题的求解。最后,采集繁忙时段某医院多层停车场实际数据并用MATLAB软件进行仿真分析,通过仿真结果验证模型有效性。结果表明,所提出的动态调度模型能在繁忙时段实现多层停车场无人充电车动态调度的快速响应,并降低调度更新频率。

Abstract: In order to improve the level of charging service provided by unmanned charging vehicles in multi-storey parking lots during busy periods,a cross-floor dynamic scheduling model based on timeline is proposed. Firstly,the multi-storey parking lot is taken as the research background,and the total cost of unmanned charging vehicle scheduling is minimized as the optimization goal. Considering the constraints of customer demand,cross-floor scheduling and power management,a cross-floor dynamic scheduling model of unmanned charging vehicle is constructed. Secondly,the improved key point update strategy is used to segment the timeline,so that the solution of the dynamic scheduling problem is transformed into the solution of multiple static scheduling problems. Finally,the actual data of the multi-storey parking lot of a hospital during the busy period is collected and simulated by MATLAB software,and the validity of the model is verified by the simulation results. The results show that the proposed dynamic scheduling model can realize the fast response of the dynamic scheduling of the unmanned charging vehicle in the multi-storey parking lot during the busy period,and reduce the scheduling update frequency.
