The development of the tool rack device of precision machine of light guide plate mould

Abstract: The tool rack is the essential of the precision machine of light guide plate mould.Designed a tool rack based on piezoelectric ceramic and jointed by flexible hinge.The flexible hinge was analyzed and optimized by the theoretical calculation and finite element analysis software,and the device has been physical processed and tested.The results indicated that it could reach a travel range for 40μm and the frequency response could reach 80Hz within 35μm travel range.The experiment results demonstrated that it can process the dot with diameter of 40μm.
